Refund and cancellation policy

• Free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not subscribe, the workspace becomes read-only; nothing is charged.
• Cancelling. Owners and partners can cancel from the Subscription page at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew.
• Unused time. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded in part, except where this policy or the law of Nepal requires.
• We refund in full duplicate payments, payments taken in error, and payments for a period in which we could not provide the service for reasons within our control.
• Plan changes. Moving to a higher plan takes effect from the next invoice; the difference is never charged twice.
• How to ask. Use the contact page with the invoice number. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or the bank account you give, normally within 14 days.
• Payments to law firms. When a firm's client pays the firm's invoice through Law Automator, the money goes to the firm's own eSewa account. Refunds of those payments are a matter between the client and the firm.
