Paid consultations with confidential advice notes, fees sent straight to billing, research with Nepali precedents and Acts, and an opinion checklist.

Advice is work your firm should be paid for and able to find again. Law Automator records each consultation and the advice given, and bills it without retyping.

Consultations

• Book a consultation from the front desk or a client's file.
• When it ends, record the advice given. The note is encrypted at rest and visible only to your firm.
• Enter the fee once: it becomes a billable fee on the matter, or a draft invoice for the client if there is no matter yet. It is never posted twice.

Written opinions

• Research with the precedent finder and law library.
• Draft in Nepali or English in the drafting editor and export to DOCX or PDF.
• Track the work with the legal-opinion checklist: conflict check, scope and fee, research, draft, partner review, delivery, invoice.
